Miracle Noodles

Have you girls tried these?

They are 'noodles' made of fiber, water and some kind of Japanese plant root.
my mom got them for me. They are 0 calories and you can cook them a bunch of different ways. the website says very health but I am a little skeptical that they are too good to be true.

Does anyone know anything about them?

They have them at Sherry's in Babylon if anyone is interested.

I've tried them before. The consistency is a little weird. ..kinda chewy. They arent very good if you make them with tomato sauce like you would pasta but they are pretty good if you use them in stir fry dishes and stuff like that
