How are you feeling? I think you're the last of the April moms-to-be. Are you still working? You must be SO excited!!!

Re: Misha
I'm feeling tired, clumsy, and roly poly but good other than that! Can't sleep much anymore, probably a combination of nerves, excitement and discomfort. Still working and will be right up until I pop. Thanks for asking. Figures I'd be last of the April mommies! I have a bad habit of being late!

I'm feeling like that now, and I don't know how I'm going to last working the next several weeks. We're more than half way through April, so it's coming up for you very soon!! Do you have everything ready, like you're hospital bag, the nursery and stuff?

Re: Misha
Yep, I'm all set. Bag is packed, child birth classes are over, nursery is finished, baby clothes are washed, am I missing anything...? Now I just have to wait. As uncomfortable as I am, I am so glad I am still working because it certainly makes the time go quicker.
How about you? How are you feeling?

Re: Misha
Sounds like you're all set, just a matter of days probably!! I'm feeling good, tired and huffing and puffing trying to do little things like put on my shoes!
I was going to work until the end too for the same reason, I don't want to sit around waiting, especially after my EDD. But, we're moving at the beginning of May and we have nothing for the baby yet, so I will have A LOT to do by the time I'm 35 weeks. I know I'll be losing money, but I'm going to quit after my maternity leave runs out anyway, so Peter said what's the difference, there's always more money to make. My plan is to use my 3 weeks of paid vacation time beginning week 37 (3 weeks before my EDD).

That sounds like a great plan for you. the time will definitely go quickly. I can't believe my due date is one week from today! Where are you moving to? We are moving in July out to Smithtown.

One week?! Are you sure you're going to work until then? If you're late, will your last day at work be on your due date?
We're moving to Bayside, we're buying a 2 BR co-op/garden apt. I just found out we were approved by the board. Now, just waiting for a closing date.

Yep, one week. I plan on working until I start contracting or my water breaks-one or the other!
Congratulations on your approval. Bayside will be great, good luck with the move and make sure to take it easy on yourself!
