What's the appropriate age cutoff for addressing invites as Miss? What about girls that are college age?

Hmm, I always thought of Miss as YOUNG, like under 16 or 18... I would use Ms. for anyone over 18.

I'm pretty sure that under 18 is Miss and its Ms. for 18 and over. but check that link above!
