a few of my friends live on singingwood. I want to move into that neighborhood because there isnt much through traffic on the side roads and there are sidewalks.
We have been looking to purchase ea house in the area but not hardcore right now.

I am in Spruce Pond Apartment Complex until after the weddding. You can enter it through Sunrise Highway Service Road or Through Pat-Hol. road.

They range... i think a down stairs is like 1495 and the upstairs is 1595.
Nothing is included tho.. except water. The apartments are beautiful. I absolutly love ours.
They are nothing like i have seen before. there is also a washer and drier in your apartment which is great!

How are the new places over there? are they rentals or can you buy one? FH and I always pass by there and look at them from the road. What phase of building them are they in? are they all built...I havent been by in two weekends.

oh god, not finished yet. I think they ae estimating March they should be complete. So hopefully that sticks. it ***** coming home to construction all the time. it jsut looks messy. They are just rentals, which *****. but they are soooo nice

I love the area. There are sidewalks, sewers, underground electric(no wirees on poles), the greenbelt is or backyard so we only have neighbors on the sides of us. It is great. WE really found our dream home!
