Missing DH terribly

Ok, i was going to post under another name, but i figured everyone would figure out it was me. DH called me this morning to let me know how his trip is going. Well, he seemed very distant and I did not like that. I told him I missed him alot yesterday and there was no response! Although he tried our home phone, then my cell then our home phone again within 10 minutes trying to get me. AM i overeacting? He goes through what I would call a mini depression sometimes and becomes distant, maybe thats it? I don't know, but I am not feeling the love. When the conversation ended he just said see you tomorrow bye....no I love you. So a few minutes later I called back to say I love you and he said it back. Going to the GTG yesterday I was almost in tears thinking about how much I missed him. Maybe its growing pains!

Don't worry...he loves you. He is probably fustrated that he is so far from you right now.

i do that sometimes to mike at work....it depends on who's around whether or not i can talk to him - could it be that others were around at the time??

i know how you feel too though - this past yr has been so tough schedule wise for fh and i that we never seem to see each other...

I don't see mine until july 31st. less than 2 weeks. Keep yourself busy. crafts, window shop, nice lunch/dinner, bath, movie, walk,,,,

This reminds me a bit about what I read in 'Men Are From Mars...'. I read that sometimes men (married and not married) need their space and may pull away for a period of time. Then they snap back. I think it's called the rubberband syndrome or something like that. I would wait until tomorrow until you see him and keep yourself busy otherwise. I would not worry too much about it, though I realize that's easier said than done! In the meantime,

maybe he was just tired or something happened he didnt want to mention on the phone.
He loves you.

Hubby does that to me when he is in a bad mood.

Well, I did not want to call so I messaged him I love you by our cells. I did not expect anything back but, he messaged me back I love u. So as usually like the women I am I was over exagerating. Yes ,en do need space, which is ine with me because I need my GTG's!

Jennbaby-he went to chicago 'road trip with two friends', I made them all goody bags with all kinds of crap to eat on the way. Each one got there own bag-different colors and there names on them so they can't fight on who is who's. They also got the same stuff in each bag. Although DH got a little bit extra!

That was sooo sweet of you Mish. You take care of him...there is no reason for him not to love you. Maybe he was infront of the guys and didn't want to say anything in front of them.
