I had 3 people tell me that they never received their invitations! I know I sent the invitations to them. And I had the right amount of postage on them and the right address! Did this happen to anyone else?? Now I am afraid more people did not get theirs as well and we do not have many extra invitations to give out.
And we haven't gotten back many RSVP's

Yes that happened a lot to me. One was funny b/c I had to mail 5 to the same address... and only 1 got there! W T F ???!!!!!!!?

same thing happened to me. I sent 2 invitations to the same address - only one person received it.

Yup, we sent out two that never got to their recipients. OF COURSE, WE ONLY FOUND THIS OUT LAST WEEK. AFTER the shower, AFTER the b party, these people never thought to mention how it was weird they never got the wedding invite but got all the other ones!

I don't know for certain, because it just could be a case of lazy RSVP-ers, but I have an inkling that a household that 3 parties receive mail at, only one was received. FMIL's family, it's one sister's house, but the other sister receives her mail there, so I sent an invite to the sister who owns the house, the sister who gets her mail there, and the daughter of the sister who gets her mail there also...I only got a card back from the sister who gets the mail there, NOT the one who actually lives there! So I'm really hoping she just hasn't sent it back yet, as with the other daughter, because I'd be pretty embarassed if they think I only sent an invite to someone who doesn't even really live there

so far one that was sent is missing. And I have 2 that were returned. One the guy gave his own address wrong... and the other.. i got it through a friend... so she somehow got it wrong too.

So far we have been lucky and haven't had any missing invite issues...I'm sure once we come to our deadline date, then maybe we will find out if anyone didn't get one.

This also happened to me and I was horrified.... the 4 (that I know of) that did not get it let me know b/c they know they are coming.... so I went to the post office and they told me not them its each individual post office, which seems impossible to me since we are talking about 4 different po's, but that I need to wait full 30 days to see if they are returned........... I guess after that we have to start calling people to make sure they got it? I was so upset, its such a pain and this was not cheap! I don't understand how this happens, where do they go?

My BM just got her invitation yesterday it took 4 weeks for her to get it - she lives in NYC and I live right outside the city in NJ!
FH's grandmother's invitation got lost so did one of his cousins. I hope there aren't anymore.

I had a few that never got invites. It just happens sometimes i guess...
At this point, i've ran out of steam and I ended up hand delivering them to the people when i saw them...

That happen to me with my e-party invites half fh family didnt get them right away oh and two went to the same house his cousin rec'ved his and his aunt & uncle rec'ved their almost a week later

YUP!! Happened to me! and it sux!! and very frustrating! Luckily it happened towards the way end so I didnt have to call many to see if they ever got theirs.
