Mission Impossible! Keeping a LI Wedding under 15k

Hi all,
My fiance and I have been looking at venues near our family church in the Manhasset area, but we are really having a hard time coming up with anything that is reasonable! We are paying for the wedding ourselves and will have about 130 people plus children. We were hoping to get married on a Saturday night in March.
We have looked at-
The Mansion in Woodbury Coindre Hall in Huntington Fox Hollow in Syosset
We have called-
Millerage Inn Captain Bills Larkfield Manor Verdis* Stewart Manor* New Hyde Park Inn The Soundview Memorare*
Only the venues with asterisks* seemed like they might be able to work with our $65-75 per plate budget. Does anyone have any other suggestions of places we should look at before we take the plunge?

I have looked into most of the budget venues on Long Island. They are all all-inclusive (including catering, cake, dj, limo, photography, florist)
Cheapest venues- about 9,000++ for 100 guests (but lacking aesthetically) Marconi Manor (Islip) Birchwood in Polish Town
Next bracket, still cheap but nicer (around 10,000-11,000++ for 100 guests) Sunset Harbor- East Patchogue Brentwood Country Club Meadow Club- Port Jeff Ariana Waterfall (Hempstead) The Sterling (Bethpage) Mediterranean Manor (Patchogue)
Slightly Pricier but still cheap for LI (12,000-13,000++ for 100 guests) Smithtown Landing (Smithtown) Mansion at West Sayville Mansion at Timber Point (Great River) Windows on the Lake (blah lol not worth it)
We ended up not liking anything enough in the first two price ranges and went with one in the 3rd.

Honestly a venue would be great but I paid $150 per person at crest hallow for 250 people last year 9/24. I think you should look at an estate property here’s one of my favorite on li. The Vanderbilt estate You can have a large or small wedding there are many others on Long Island. They charge max 7k and you can have any outside vendors you like that can cut cost. Don’t be like me and pay the dj 10k the Photographer and videographer 6k and don’t enjoy the journey of your day

I had my wedding at the fox hollow in November in the somerley room.. it was 150++ for Saturday night for a minimum of 150. The garden terrace room and winter pavilion room was 109++ for Friday and 129++for Saturday. The garden terrace is a 175 minimum though. The price may have gone up though.
