question 1:
did you change your name?

question 2:
if you did change your name did you use missnowmrs?

question 3:
what was your opinion of them, worth it or not??
if you didnt use them, are there any sites you recommend for useful info??

2. No. I dont know what that is.

3. nysdmv.com find the form and print it out. I'm sure SS has a website that you can print the forms out.
Everything else I did over the phone or on the internet (credit cards, ebay, etc.)

#3 i had no problem changing anything at all, it was much easier then expected. So to me it wasnt worth to use it, i did dl and ss myself in person and the office, but ss has a form you canmail out so you dont have to go in,i just happen to work a few blocks away from one and went on my lunch. everything elsei pretty muched changed over the phone. OOO and i had to drop a copy off to the bank that was it

Changed my name so far with social security and DMV. It was super easy. Took about 30 mins at each, just fill out a simple form when you get there.

Missnowmrs is a waste of money. You have to go in person to the DMV and SS to change your name, just fill out the form and wait on line, no biggie. Everything else you can do via phone call or fax. No need for that company to have all my personal info when it really doesn't take all that much effort to do it all yourself.

Ha.. I guess I was the minority.. but I did use them.. I think it was pretty easy.. you just give them your info they fill out all of the forms and you just print them..

3. I printed out the SS form from the government website and same thing w/ DMV, be sure to update your car title and registration if you have one as well...I went to the bank w/ DH to add him to my account and to get added onto his...everything else I changed over the phone (CC's, car insurance).

I used them and I found that it was super easy...Made my life of having to figure out where to fill out information on each form easy because you give them all your info and they populate the form for you...I highly recommend it
