Missy got spayed today. UPDATE ON BOTTOM

My little Missy got spayed today and the vet just called to say she is doing well. Its funny because I never thought I would cry about it but I did. I feel so bad for her. Im still upset and all I can do is think about her and how i cant wait to pick her up tonight.

Im just glad she is ok.

Missy is not doing well. Im so upset and have been crying all night. When we picked her up she seemed so sad but we gave her the benefit of the doubt because the poor little thing just had an operation but it seem as if it got worse. She threw up liked 6 times and wouldnt drink anything. So i called the emergency vet and they told us, just to be safe, come in because she could get dehydrated. So we took her in and she is staying overnight. She needed to get some fluids in her and more pain meds. I feel horrible putting her through this. I miss her terribly. She seems like is is in some awful pain. I just hope she does ok.

I'm sure she will be okay. She might have had an averse reaction to the anethesia. I hope she is feeling better today.

I was thinking the same thing!

So Missy is home and a lot better. She spent the night in the hospital and they gave her an IV and some stomach meds. Once they brought her out from the back i knew she was getting better.

They said that she had some gastro problem and that it was probably stress related from getting the surgery.

She does still look like she is in pain but im sure in no time she will start feeling better, but until then she will be getting some pain medication.

I just so happy she is home and doing well.

Well, Missy is almost 100%. Shes being her cute, but pain in the a$$ self again. Yay!!!!
