Mkae up trial tip?

Hi ladies,
I have my first makeup trial on Sunday. Should I give her a tip and what do you think an appropriate tip is? The makeup artist is coming to my house. I will be paying extra because I am in Suffolk. Thanks for all your help

Yeah definately tip...id say about 20%

If she works for herself and is charging for the trial, a tip is absolutely not necessary. If you do want to tip her, though, you don't need to tip 20% either.

If she works for a salon / company and is not seeing the full amount you are charged, then tip her about 20%.

Also, if the trial is free, I would probably tip whether or not she works for herself - probably about $20 or so.
