For girls who are getting this, how are you packaging them to give them away?

I went to ac moore and bought little sheer bags, they come in all colors and a have a little draw string, i think we put 30 in a bag and added more once we knew they all had. The bags are cheap i think they were on sale when i got them

I'm planning on doing M&M's too... did you find any problems with the sheer bags? I was figuring on doing that too, but then afraid that the M&M's would get dirty if people threw them in their purses ya know - From like purse lint going into those bags.. Am i seriously over-thinking that??

I love this look in the boxes... either clear or white. I'd be a little nervous about the sheer bags. Both dirt getting and stuff coming out if any of them get smashed. Plus - I think the box protects them a litle more from getting smashed and from melting!

I am doing the M&M's in the clear boxes as well. I think they look pretty on the tables with your wedding colors.

It depends on the size you get. The size we got fit 2 ounces of M&Ms if I remember correctly. I don't remember the size though. I could look tonight when I get home if you'd like.

We are doing them in little clear boxes we bought from oriental trading for sooo cheap!!

I am glad the boxes were cheap b/c i am ending up spending a fortune on personalized m & m;s (pink and white). I have spent $300 on personalized ones, and then I did not have enough, so I went to Dylans candy store to buy pink and white m&ms to mix them in with personalized and spent another 70. I hope I have enough now

You don't have to do that. I was just curious - because they seem smallish.

we went the cheep route.. we put them in the clear plastic goodie bags you get from party city or the $1 store closeed them w/ the personlized ribbon and put one an dengagment charm on it..

they came out really cute and they were a big hit

I am going to order heart shaped tins and fill them up in there and possibly put diff color tule with our labels on them. Just an idea. This is what I'm doing for our engagement party though not wedding.

We are planning on doing M & Ms as well! We are doing the personalized ones with our names on one of them and the date of the wedding on the other, and then with our two wedding colors.
We were thinking of buying the bags from a craft store.
M&Ms can also package them for you but they are alot more expensive.

I bought the sheer bags from AC Moore for the M&Ms, they were SO cheap!

100 of 'em for only $1.99(or $1.59-can't remembeR)!!

i got them on ebay. they have tons!
