Is anyone else's mom having a difficult time choosing a dress and it's driving you crazy??? I'm not trying to be mean but when i tell you my Mom has been to over 10 places looking for a dress I am not kidding and it's getting out of control and we went to three today and one that she thought she liked is now off the list.....then my Dad mentioned going back and looking at one that she really liked for my sisters wedding she says 'I don't want it to be ball gownish'...meanwhile that's all she's been trying on
I know I had my moments when finding a dress but seriously I went to 4 places....I'm trying to be pleasant about it but I don't know how many more places I can go to...I keep telling her that's she confusing herself by going to SO many but then she gets mad
anyone else going through this??

My Mom was a total pain when looking for my sis's wedding, and yet she and my FMIL went yesterday to T h e W e d d i n g C e n t e r in Commack and they BOTH found something. Amazing right? Reasonably priced too!

I have to say, I was very lucky in this department. We went to Totally You in Bellmore and my Mom picked her dress within a 1/2 hour.
If you have not been there yet, I highly recommend it.

LOL She got her dress for my sister's wedding there and it was beautiful, we went there for mine and she found nothing...
Are you all seeing a pattern here....

My mom is having a tough time finding a dress too. We have been all over. She has probably tried on about 50 dresses. I feel bad because my mom is totally not the picky type. I don't know why she is having such a hard time. Hopefully she will find one soon!!!

I was in the same boat as you, until yesterday! mom totally was attracted to long sleeved suits.... for a JUNE wedding????
Once I convinced her that might not be prudent, she was totally lost in what she wanted...
I must have sent her 200 pics of dresses... nah.... Commack? nope. Phyllis in dix hills? nope. I was beginning to worry that we would have to rush order something....
Then, like a ray of light hitting my brain.... an epiphany: Estelle's dressy dresses on rt 110.
GENIUS. Took her there, and in under an hour, BOOM, a dress. A really pretty dress!
