Is the mob dress color suppossed to match the bm dresses or have a specific color similiar to the bm dresses?: My girls are wearing crystal blue and my mom mentioned something about her looking for a light green dress.

i dont think it has to match necessarily but you wouldnt want it to clash either - i told my mom to get whatever she wants

yea I told my mom to wear what she wants but she insists wearing pink, brown or ivory since those are my colors.

it is said that its supposed to coordinate but it doesnt really matter either
my sister had fall colors..like golds and my mom wore black..wahtever shes comfortable in an dlooks the best is what i would do

yeah, i wouldnt worry if it matches, i have been to weddings where they do, and weddings where they dont. it looks nice either way. i would just let your mom pick what she likes best

I know my mom plans on wearing Black,,,, and doesnt want the MOG to wear black,,,,(((sigh))) but it doesnt have to match if you dont want it to, to the BP

Hi girls, I'm mom of the bride. The BM's are in royal, the MOG bought a gold/purple iridescent full skirt gown. I was leaning toward black, ... but do you think I would be too under-stated next to the MOG gown?

i don't think it really matters, but my bms are going to be in light pink, so i told my mom if she wants to coordinate, she can get any color pastel. but it's not a must for me.

for me as long as my mom doesnt MATCH the girls, MATCH the MOG, or wear black - i am good!
my FMIL was looking at a sage and my mom was looking at a dark purple, my dresses are going to be dark blue
