Yes...it's black...but the flowers are colored sequins. My mom loved it...I couldn't decide, so I figured I would ask you guys what you think!

Thanks girls. My mother usually looks at 400 things before she decides on something...this was the 3rd dress she tried on and she loved it. She called me 3 times since yesterday to say how much she loved her dress...I didn't want to step on her thunder. I think it will look very nice. Thanks again.
