MOB Dress on a budget? Where can i get one for less than $300.

My mom and i went to all the major department stores with no luck. I need to find a place preferably in Nassau county where i can find something for no more than $300. Someone suggested Totally You in Bellmore, how are the prices there? are there any more places i can go?

My mom got hers there for just over $300. She was on a budget, but was willing to spend even a little more than that and fell in love with this dress, it was perfect.

Definitely worth a look. Ask if Debbie is around to help you, she was wonderful to us. We were so lost in that store for like an hour until she finally asked if anyone was helping us.

Brought my mom to Totally You a few weeks ago, the woman 'helping' us was so rude, she basically stuck us in a closet and told us to poke around because she didn't think the color my mom wants would be good for fall...

She then proceeded to pull out a dress to show my mom a similar color, then said, 'Actually, I'm going to bring this over to my customer in the fitting room, I think she'll like this'

And then we left.

You can check Filene's Basement. I get amazing designer deals from there every time I go. I try not to go in too often. LOL

you should try the department stores again on Memorial Day weekend, when they're having big sales.

This was years ago, but my mom found a beautiful and very 'Mother Appropriate' gown in the prom sale section at Macy's.

I guess it wasn't a big seller, because it was very demure, but she looked great in it, and i think it was under 200!!
