My mom got her dress from the same place my bridesmaids did and it was under 300. Why dont you take her to where you got your BM dresses?

My mother brought her dress from Estelles in farmindale. They really have a nice selection for MOB and MOG dresses.

My mom got her dress from the Roman's catalogue. She is plus size and has limited options in Alaska so she is praying it fits. Definitely try Estelles! If my mom was here we would in there, avenue plus, and dress barn plus.

My FMIL got her gown at Macy's Manhasset Bridal salon. She got a discount bc I got my gown there. it was pretty painless

My mom got her dress from lord and Taylor in the Huntington mall for around $250!!!! Its beautiful!!!!

My mom and I went to Totally You and we hated it. We walked in and no one greeted us, they ignored us. When we were finally helped the woman seemed bothered to have to help us. She didn't even offer to help my mom with the dresses. I had to go in the fitting room and do it. The whole experience was bad for us so we walked out after she tried on one dress.

My mom got a beautiful dress from Nordstrom's at Roosevelt Field. It was under $300 and we love it.

I was very displeased with the service at Totally You but for the complete opposite reason! The saleswoman was very in-your-face and annoyed by the fact that we WAITED until 2 months before the wedding to buy my momma a dress. She said we'd just have to pay extra to rush it and ushered us to the back room where all the old lady $400+ dresses lived. We didn't like much back there- maybe one or two and that was just for the sake of trying something on. On our way to the fitting rooms my mom spied a dress on a rack and asked about it. The saleswoman shooed us away saying those aren't fancy enough for the MOB. We stopped anyway and grabbed 3 dresses off the rack (which turned out to be the under $200 rack!) to bring into the fitting room. The woman then kept walking into the fitting room on my mom while she was changing! My mom pretty much flashed the whole store. So I went into the fitting room with my mom and stood guard and shooed the saleswoman away. Eventually, we settled on a dress from off the under $200 rack and it was gorgeous and only $160! My mom looked and felt like a million bucks!

My mom got her dress at RK Bridal (Jordan Caterina collection). I can't remember the exact price but I know it was in the low $200 range.
