okay so my mom and i go to this place to look for a dress for her for the wedding. We walk in and 1st off the 2 ladies in there are dressed like they are going to a drag ball....they are so made up and dont even make eye contact with either of us...just ignore us. I walk past one of them and she says 'what do you want'...strike 1 in my book......i told her we were looking for ideas for a MOB dress. she then says 'Over 1,000 or under?' ummmmm random second question i look at my mom and she rolls her eyes at me and i tell her under please. she shows us two of the ugliest dresses i have ever seen and my mom is like well that really isnt my personality the lady huffs and is like well what do you want? ummmmm your job is to HELP us find a dress....not be rude.
I ended up faking a phone call and told my mom we had to pick up my sister......i dont even HAVE a sister!! lol
needless to say we felt like Julia Roberts in pretty woman!

I just don't understand some people. I get that Retail is a tough business, but here's the thing....if you don't like your job, get a new one, but don't be rude to people who are excited to be shopping for a happy occasion and spending a ton of money on a dress for that happy occasion. I personally got out of retail because I'm too moody.
I'm sorry you had this experience but the part about your sister is hysterical!!

well the weird thing was that the dresses in the front were like300/400 bucks so my mom was like ummmmm ***!?

oh and the best part....we found them because my mom liked a dress and we were on the designers page and did the store locater thing and this store came up.....i asked if they had it and shes like NO we do not carry that ummmmm okay
