MOB dresses in NYC...

I know I should have posted earlier but my mom and I are spending three days in the city (leaving tomorrow) and while there, we were going to check out some dresses for her and shoes for me!

Any suggestions on where to look for either? My mom likes nice quality gowns/dresses, not bargain bin city type places.... but not thou$ands for the rich and famous!

Thanks!!!
