My mom got her dress suit from My Daughter's Wedding II in Great Neck. They have a zillion choices and really lovely gowns there. She had her alterations done there as well, and they were excellent.

same here....this place is excellent, they have a wide range of sizes and styles, everything from casual to very fancy gowns. and the prices are very reasonable.

Both my mom and FMIL got theirs at Bridal Reflections in Massapequa. We also looked at Queen of Hearts, Totally You, Estelle's and David's Bridal.
