Okay so my mom found this dress and she loves it and so do I. She is convinced that mothers can not wear red. I say that they can. The BM dress is rosewood... also attached but in the wrong color butwith the same pink sash in the picture.
She asked me to poll you ladies as to whether or not MOB can wear Red. Please be honest. She is very afraid of breaking traditoin and etiquitte and wants to do everything just right. I love her for that and I don't want her to feel uncomfortable... So what do you ladies think? red or not?? What are traditional MOB colors?
P.S. she will not look as sexy as the girl in the picture does... I promise
ETA: my dress is ivory so I think red will compliment it nice.. BUT PLEASE BE HONEST!!

I wouldn't worry about the red, but just make sure she doesn't match the Bridesmaids dresses. I'm not exactly sure what color rosewood is? Is it a brownish red?

The only red no no that i know of is if you are Catholic the bride can't wear any red. So it sounds good to me!!!
