I have been shopping all over and cant seem to find anything that isnt blue, black or $1000. does anyone know of any bridal stores/ salons or dress stores that have gowns in the $200 range. everything I have found is $700+ and i cant bring myself to have my mother or FMIL pay that much considering they are both helping with the wedding..

Have you tried Estelles in Farmingdale? Is it still called that? lol it's on 110. Anything at Davids Bridal? I think Macy's is also a good idea.

Bridal Reflections in Massapequa has a large selection of evening gowns that are displayed by color. My mom got her dress there...spent about $550 but has some bead work on it. My FMIL got her dress at Macy's.

At Bridal Suite in Centereach my mom got a gorgeous purple (like... regency purple from DB)gown for about $300. My FMIL got her dress at estelles and its teal/emerald green (I wanted the moms in jewel tones) and I know she didn't spend a ton of money

I am planning to order my bridesmaid dresses from the online store azazie.com. Perhaps mother of the bride dress from the store, too. The prices range from under $100 to less than $200, well falling into my budget.
