My FMIL also wear pants all the time. Even to our eparty but we are forcing her to wear a gown. And she keeps telling me that she's found a DRESS but can't buy it until I pick the BM's dress. Glad she didn'tput up too much of a fight!
I don't mind if she wants to wear pants...if she is comfortable that is fine by me...The way things are made today you usually can't tell the difference if it is pants or a skirt......
My FMIL wanted to wear pants. I told her to go right ahead. She asked me to go shopping with her, and I did. I grabbed every single pair of dressy pants Lord & Taylor, Bloomies, Macy's etc had on their racks and into the dressing room she went. We found ONE pair that looked nice, but couldn't find a top. Then she decided to look at dresses. Viola - FMIL is wearing a dress!!
My cousin's mom wore a nice pant suit to her wedding a few years ago. Sorry I don't have any pics but I think it was a white suit with pinstripes.
