Hey Ladies.. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions of where to go for reasonable priced MOB/MOG dresses... Within the price range of $500 or less.. TIA!!

Hi Ang - My best advice is to go shopping first with the Mom's, and see which type of dresses they like - and manufacturer - Jovani, etc..and then they call around and get the best price. Also, if their looking to save money you should try Commack Wedding Center, I've heard their prices are competitive however, I have no idea how they are with alternations. My mom got her Jovani dress from a boutique in Northport and Chris's mom got hers from RK Bridal and saved alot of money...they also have a big selection.

There are a whole bunch of wholesale stores in Manhattan! When my cousin was getting married the MOG got her dress for $150 bucks. The Bridesmaid dress was $40 bucks. So let me know if your interested. If I find a pic i'll post it.

estelle's was great. Mom was very undecided... we went several places with absolutely nothing she liked. She found her dress at estelle's in under 40 min. gorgeous.... and one of the more expensive dresses there at about $550....
