Hi, so my wedding is in 74 days and MOG hasn't gone dress shopping yet. Should I start to panic? Anyone have any suggestions of where to go? She's a size 18 or 20 and lives in Brooklyn.
(She wants to buy something online and wants one of those fancy pantsuits that look like a dress.)

There are a lot of stores on 86th street. What about in Queens? My mom got her dress in Chic Place on Queens Blvd. She can buy off the rack and not have to order it which will save time. Buying online can be risky cause if it doesn't fit then she'll have to send it back and reorder. I think she should try on especially if it's for your wedding.

My mom is the same size and we just bought her dress at totally you in bellmore.. amazing selection.. prices arent crazy either!

I think Monica's Bridal in Brooklyn has MOG dresses but I think my mom said they were a bit pricey.

I think the easiest option for her would be go to Macy's at Kings Plaza. They have all diff. sizes and she won't have to pay the Boutique prices.
I found a dress in Macy's originally marked for $200, on sale for $129 and with my coupon and using my card I got it for $50

In Brooklyn there's Lestans, Alissa's Bridal, Lotus, Valentina, Monica's Bridal, and there's a David's Bridal or two. Not sure how long it will take them to get the dresses though.

I live in Brooklyn and got my MOG gown at Doris Fashions on 18th Avenue & 68th Street. They are a little store but they have a huge selection. They even have bridal, bridesmaids, FG, prom gowns etc. Ask for Maria if you go and then Josephine for alterations if you purchase. There is also Valentina's Bridal on New Utrecht Avenue between 76th and 77th Streets that also has a large selection.
