I picked my two sisters. My younger sister will be my maid of honor and my older sister (who is married) will be my matron of honor. They are my best friends and I couldn't just pick one of them.

I have 2 sisters also that will be in the BP. I just could not choose between the 3 and felt it would be better not to pick between sisters. they are fine with it though.
