MOH asked...

me this morning when does the shower & bachloerette party take place?

i said June and July for both.... May is out of the question due to BranNJay's wedding and my brothers graduation is June 26th. One of my girls turns 21 on June 21.. So we were thinking the bachlorette/bachlor party would be June 27th or 28th. And the shower could be anytime in June or July...

I would like all my girls there, hence why I have to do, 2 diff months... Not all of them could be there for the e party..... and I want to be with my entire BP before the wedding other than the bachlorette party

Give me your opinions...

as far as i know your shower should be about 3 months before the wedding...the bachelorette party at least a month....

Just to keep in mine you dont wanna make your BMs broke putting them so close togetehr. We just had my friends shower almost 3 weeks ago and her bachelorette party is next weekend...we have no idea how we are gonna pay for our hair/ makeup and a wedding gift!!!!!!!!!!

even if you do your shower end of april you should be fine.....but then again you can do it however you want ..this is all JMO and what i was told when the wedding planning begun!

Ugh - I am in the same boat. I really can't help you. But I totally know where you're coming from (re: Brandy's wedding, school, etc). I have a similar situation.

All I can tell you is to pick dates that work for YOU and then let them figure it out around those dates. They'll make it work. Don't stress too much.

That's what I thought about the shower at the end of April... Thanksss Heather..

My shower is definitely not going to be 3 months before. Both of my FSILs are studying abroad in Italy and will not be home until Mid to late May, so my shower will probably be sometime in June, which is less than 2 months away from my wedding!

I think whatever works for you and your girls is the right time to have your shower and bachlorette party.
