MOH drops out 2 months befor wedding!

Well I had a very bad week as you can tell. My best friend of 13 years has drop
out of my wedding along w/ her daughter. It is all because she had some problems
w/ the shower and someone called her and said alot of BS. It has come down to
she can't be in it anymore because we called the person that called her and it
end up not beeing the person.that person called to let my friend know. Well she says we only care
about us. Not her. Well I have made other plans. Thank goodness for one of my good firends!
I dont know what I would w/ out her! I just have a question for all of you. What do I
about her dress at the place. I really don't want to have to pay for it. Please help!

what was her reasoning?? That is rather shocking, has there been problems?? can she no longer afford it. What did she say???

can you try to have them return or exchange the dress? or was it altered?

Does any of your other friends or possible family members have her same build? Then you can add someone else to your wedding party. that's what my SIL did.

So sorry to hear about your stress. I swear people are so self centered and JEALOUS. How would she feel if that was HER!? Weddings bring out the truth in people and unfortunately this is what has to happen.

Believe me its HER loss and if and when she goes to the wedding sit her in the worse table next to the band.

You dont have to buy it... tell them the dress place that the girl backed out, maybe they will put it on the sale rack...You are NOT obligated to purchase this dress at all...

I was supposed to be in a wedding that was called off, and we (the BP) were responsible for our own dresses, not the bride...so don't worry about being responsible for it!
