Ok our Matron of Honor's dress looks great. Word of advice for those who havent ordered your BM dresses yet: Don't let them be proud. INSIST they get their dresses a size or two bigger. One cannot rely on weight gain or loss. The alterations were capped reasonably at $55 and yes she needed work done but she is pleased and the alterations will not be difficult. Here is a pic. PINS AND ALL!
(By the way, I told her to leave the blue dot on her face HOME the day of the wedding)
Does the blue dot come in other shades? I think you should let her keep it for the wedding if she has it dyed to match the dress.
You could always do hot pink. FSIL told FMIL that her hot pink hair looks great with the navy blue dress!

I think I may have started a trend here. This was my first dot... my brother being lifted on a chair at his daughter's Bat Mitzvah last year. HE had his dot removed since then!
She looks great, Leslie!!!!!!! But instead of just a dot, couldn't you have drawn her a lil smiley face?

Thanks. I ordered an extra yard of fabric for no particular reason other than to have it. They suggested to use it for the bouquets and so thats what I'll do. The color is a very rich and deep sapphire blue. I am glad they sort of talked me into picking that color. It will blend well with the wine color of my mom's dress and whatever my FMIL's dress looks like.
