MOH Gift

Is everyone getting their MOH a little something extra as a gift? I know people say to do it but I feel as if my MOH (this sounds mean) should'nt get anything extra. The only thing I have asked her to do is to call my mom and see if she needs help with the shower because I dont need help with anything and it took her forever to do it. Whats a simple phone call??? I know that everyone has their own lives, but I know that she really doesnt have anything going on right now. She is just LAZY!!!

Its so weird, the one girl that I questioned about asking to be in my BP is the only one that called my mom with out me saying so!!!! I thought that was the sweetest thing. Im so happy I decided to ask her. Plus she got so excited too and still always asks how things are going with the wedding planning. Sorry for the vent!!!!

Honestly, I am getting my MOH something extra because of all the EXTRA work she has put into helping me out (visited some halls, gave me suggestions for vendors, found favors online she thought I might like, planned a surprise e-party). I don't think you should feel obligated to give your MOH something extra simply because she is your MOH. If I was you I would give her the same thank you gift as the rest of your bridal party.

I am getting my MOH (older sister) something extra because she is basically doing everything by herself. My mom isn't involved and my other sisters are younger than us. I may get her a gift certificate to a spa.

I am paying for my MOH hair in addition to her regular gift but its because my sister and mother are kicking butt on planning this shower, getting addicted to these boards, arranging for consensus (sp?) between the bridal party.

Honestly, there is no hard rule that MOH have to get something extra and honestly, this may sound mean, but if you don't feel like she is doing any more than the other girls, I don't think you should feel like you should get her more. JMOT!
