I really want to do something special for my sister, who will be 6 mts. pregnant at the time of the wedding......

Do you think that buying her crib is a good gift... or is it not for her really and I should look for something else.... suggestions?

The only thing about going to the spa... there are some services that a pregnant woman can't have.

We went to Mohegan Sun for my best friend's bachelorette party. Her cousin just found out she was pregnant and they wouldn't give her a reflexology massage.

I actually started with the spa route and after looking into it found out that most places that do 'pregnancy' massages & treatments require a doctors note.

This is her first baby, and rightfully, she is nervous to do anything...

So, I dont think that option would work.....

I can understand she is a bit concern with a prenatal massage

You could always do a spa thing for the 'after birth'.

She probably will be exhausted and may want some 'me time'.

Maybe you can put something together for her to make her comfortable during her pregnancy... and some things she can look forward to after the baby arrives (but everything is for HER)...

cd of soothing lullaby music
one of those microphone type thingies where she can talk to the baby before he/she is born (I bought this for my SIL when she was pregnant and she loved it... you can talk to the baby or play music for the little one inside!)
Bubble Bath (for after the baby is born... during the nap times)
One of those boppy pillows (which I hear is VERY comfy for mommy!)
Big comfy slippers for her (in pink, blue or yellow)
A fluffy robe (same color as slippers)
A manicure/pedicure appointment (for after the baby is born)
A night eye pillow (for the daytime naps)
Scented candles
Crabtree and Evelyn 'TomKitten' baby scented stuff for adults
