I'm not having a BP. I'm just having a MOH. She lives in VA so when she comes up for the wedding I was thinking of paying for her airbrush makeup by Jaqueline Nicole and getting her hair done. Both of them offer gift certificates. Do you think that is being cheap? I kind of feel like that since i'm not having a BP that I should just pay for her hair and makeup and give her a real MOH gift. Which is a necklace from Macys that she will love and is only $120.00. What do you girls think?

Definitely a card. I'm going to make it myself bc she is very artsy craftsy and no matter how sucky it comes out I know she will love it.

I feel like, whatever you can afford. The makeup and hair is more than generous. If you feel like you want to get her something on top of that, it would only be icing on the cake. Something she probably wouldn't expect.

I dont necessarily think buying hair and makeup for anyone in the BP is 'cheap' as a gift, I just kind of think of it as a non-gift. Its giving something that technically benefits you just as much, if not more than the recipient.
If you are pairing it with the necklace than I think it is a really nice combo.

That's what I origionally thought. That the hair and makeup wasn't technically a gift. I think I will do both. Thanks!
