MOH - how will you make her stand out?

Hey ladies,

Can you please share what you will be doing so that your maid of honor will stand out in your bridal party?

you might be able to find a really fancy dress for her. i alfred angelo has a few bm dresses with a small train in the back.

They are getting a bigger bouquet with bling in theirs. The BM's are getting a smaller bouquet - no bling.

This and she has a different dress- and will prob do a clip for pin for her to stick in her hair

my MOh is having a combination of the BM bouquets and my bouquet.

I don't have a MOH but I saw a great picture on weddingbee of one who was in the same dress and color as the other BMs, but what set her apart really nicely was a j.crew wedding belt....one of those thin belts with some flowers & bling on it? definitely not doing it justice but looks so great!

I am doing a different color bouquet with a mix of red and white roses and a broch for her dress

I'm MOH in my sister's wedding and she is giving me the same dress but I am also getting a blingy belt and everyone else is not.

I was thinking something a long the line of a belt or headpiece. We haven't picked dresses yet. I want them all to be in the same color, but we'll work together to find something to help her stand out a bit.

My MOH will also have a combo of my bouquet and the bridesmaids. (Mine all red) Bridesmaids white....MOH red and white :)

My MOH will either have a hair flower, or use acrystal hair pin that matched one I am wearing

Yes this is similar to what my sis is doing for me! Same dress and blingy belt. I love the idea. I'd be happy with whatever she chose but I don't want to stand out too much so I thought this would be a perfect more subtle option, still differentiating me but not like in an overpowering way. It's my sister's day after all ;)
