So I was just thinking my sister is my MOH and I want her to look different, but she's wearing the same dress as all the the other BM's. She will have a larger Bok than all the rest but I want her to stand out a little more so does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to make her stand out? TIA!!!

i see ur wedding is in february...what about elbow length gloves???? they'll definetly make her stand out & it looks so elegant u could also have the colors in her Bo-k match urs???

I felt the same way, I tried to incorporate a sash on her dress, but it didn't work so well with the material. Maybe you can get her dress in a different color?

Realistically, I'd say to give her a different color bouquet. I think that stands out more than having it bigger, but you could always do both.
My MOH is wearing the exact same dress as my BMs with the same flowers, except she will have white flowers in her bouquet as well to match mine.
Another alternative is to give them each a shawl or pashmina since your wedding is feb, and do hers in a different color. Or, depending on what your dress looks like you could get them each neclaces and make hers different.
you have a bunch of possibilities!

I thought of that too late we already ordered the dresses I wish I would of thought of it earlier!!

You could mix boks. If yours is lets say all white and the bms are all pink do hers pink and white. I do like the idea of the gloves

I am not sure what your dresses look like--but I went to a Feb. wedding and the girls all had the same dress, and they all had pashminas, but the MOH had a different color pashmina --- hope that helps

my friend just got married this sunday...her 2 sisters were the MOHs and she had 3 BM...we all had the same dress but her sisters had a train on theirs and the BMs were just cut straight across

At both of my cousins' weddings, the MOH had the same style dress but a different color than the rest of the BM.
Then again, they got married in the early '90s and we wore horrendous dresses...UGH!

originally my moh was just getting a different & larger bouquet... but it turned out the BM dresses were strapless and she wanted to add straps so i gave some of my fabric from my dress and added straps and a rim...
I was in the same boat with my MOH. I didn't want the dress in a diff. color and I didn't want her to wear the dress in a diff. way. So I made her BK bigger and the colors are a mix between mine and the BM's.

My sister is the MOH and she's going to be wearing the same dress as teh BMs. Her Bo-K will also be the same BUT I'm going to reverse the ribbon color on the stem. So the BMs will have a thick taupe color ribbon w. a thin yellow ribbon and my MOH will have a thick yellow ribbon w. a thin taupe ribbon.
My MOH doesn't want to stand out.

Maybe I'll do that give her some type of hair accesories, I don't want to tell all the BM how to wear there hair so maybe giving her this will be good.

See I'm just doing roses as all the flowers and hers will be a little different she will have little add ins that the BMs wont but I felt like maybe I could do something else. Thanks for all the suggestions keep them coming if anyone us has some!!!
