MOH question...need advice

OK, I have 2 sisters and I am in the middle. My older sister lives in Boston and has an incredibly busy job with Juicy Couture. My younger sister is a sophomore in college in Queens. I always intended that my older sister would be my MOH but with her job and schedule, I don't think she'd be able to do what is needed of her, plus she's far away. I feel the same way for my little sister; she's busy with school, comes home on the weekend to be with her BF.

My FSIL would be my next choice, but again, she's in Florida. My FH's SIL and I are somewhat close, but I don't think I'd want to be my MOH. My best friend, who I'd planned on having as a bridesmaid, is my next choice. I think she'd be honored, but I just hope she takes it seriously and doesn't give me crap (she can be very pessimistic at times and it drives me up a wall ). I do have a friend with whom I had a falling out, but we are working on our friendship again and I would absolutely love her to do it, I just don't think our friendship is there yet .

So. I guess I am asking, what should I do

My advice would be to pick who you would really want...preferably I would go with you first choice your older sister. Although she has a very busy schedule, give her the chance and she will make arrangments if possible. If she feels that she can't do it she will tell you right?

Ultimately it has to be who you want, and as far as the friend you had a falling out with I wouldn't ask, friendships change family doesnt. HTH
