MOH Speech

MOH Speech

I was wondering if your MOH is making a speech.

Mine is. I want her to, but I gave her the option not to if she fell uncomfortable.

I know the standard used to be just Best Man, but was wondering if it's become standard for her to give one too.

Also, if you have more than 1 are both giving?? (wondering for my friend's wedding)

My sister (MOH) was going to make a speech, but as the day is getting closer she changed her mind. So, just the Best Man is making one. But FH and I are going to say a little something~something too.

mine is....she made me do a speech when I was her moh so i am making her do a speech for me

I say that both your MOH and Best man should give a speech. This is how i've always seen it done at every wedding that I've been too!

Just the BM... my sister is my MOH and i was hers... i didnt make a speech at her wedding...

I think MOH and best man, though I'm not looking forward to either speech. MOH won't prepare anything and she'll probably say one sentance and no one will be able to understand her, while BM will probably wax on drunkenly.

As of right now just my MOH (sister) is making a speech. FBIL isn't having FH make a speech at his wedding so there is NO WAY he'll be making one at mine.

we have 2 BM and 2 MOHs and they all will be talking - I told them 60 seconds each! hah!

My sister (MOH) will be giving another speech, she also gave one at the shower. The best man will also be giving a speech at the wedding as well.

My sister has been working on her speech for months & the best man told me the other day that he has been loosing sleep over it.

I have two maids of honor: My older sister and my best friend. My best friend would get very nervous in front of everyone, so as much as I would want her to make a speech, I'd feel bad asking her to.

If anyone should maybe my sister should since she's my sister..?
