To preface the story, I am just getting over being sick and told my MOH earlier today that I wasn't feeling too well. Anyway, I went to a meeting today and my MOH had a meeting at the same place, that got out at the same time. She offered to drive me home. So, I got out of the meeting and called her to say my meeting got out and she told me she was ALMOST HOME! Her meeting got out early so she just left to go home without me.
Who does that?!?!? ! What do I even say to that? Seriously, I can never imagine doing that to a friend
I should also say that we live 30 mins from the meeting and I didn't have my car

Re: MOH Vent
I seriously thought you were going to write at the end 'Then she came back with Starbucks.' But clearly she didn't. So sorry that happened to you. I would never to that to anyone, whether an aquaintance or a best friend. Unreal.

Re: MOH Vent
That was really dissapointing-someone you obviously hold in high regard. My MOH has been acting sh**y across the board. Sometimes I just don't get it.

Re: MOH Vent
That is really disappointing!
I would have waited or at least called you and told you that I got out early.. that's horrible!

Re: MOH Vent
What do I even say at this point? she's impossible to stand your ground with because she gets SOOOOO defensive!
I know that in the end she will have some twisted reason for why she was right in leaving me stranded

Re: MOH Vent
That is so not right. Did she even feel bad for leaving you there because from what you wrote it seems like she thought nothing of what she did.

Re: MOH Vent
I don't know, she was very 'matter of fact' about it..... and actually she originally phrased it, 'I left early and forgot to text you'. How would texting me help?!? I would still be stuck without a ride! She couldn't wait 20 mins??? Instead I got home 2 hours later

Re: MOH Vent
it is so sad how people get so caught up in their own world that they forget about other people I think we all have people like that around us

That's a shame but if I didn't have a wedding coming up I definitely wouldn't be talking to my MOH!
