MOH vs BM

MOH vs BM

I have a MOH (whom I chose mainly because she is my cousin and like a sister and I was her MOH when she got married...)But my friend (whom I've known almost as long as any family member-21 years) has been sooooo involved in everything...EVERYTHING...I know my cousin cares, but she lives far and just had a baby...I want to honor my friend somehow a bit more specially than the rest of the girls and more than my MOH, but I don't know how or what to do...Also, should I do it at the RD or more in private?? I want it to be known that she helped me far more than any of my other 12 BM's..But I don't want to hurt the feelings of my cousin.

Are the dresses different? MOH vs. BM? If not there is no reason why you cannot change positions. Are you doing a program? I've been to several weddings where there were 2 people standing up for the bride. I would say go for it!

why not change it. It doesnt matter how far along you are. Are they wearing different dresses? If they are then there is a problem have her do a reading or a special thing at the ceremony that would recogonize her as being special to you. If you can if not just have a MOH & a Matron OH

Dont worry what people think its your special day and it would make you feel better. And if they give you a hard time tell them such
