Molly's Nursery

I remember liking the pics of Molly's nursery and now of course can't find them so Michele if you are around can you find the post-- or anyone else for that matter

DH picked out a pattern last night and I think it is very similar so I wanted to show him a completed room !!!

ETA I found the post of the bedding when Michele ordered it--and it is the same bedding--- are there compkleted pics? I wold love to have red walls--

I will post again...of course
But IMO, red walls with my set would be A LOT, or rather too much red color in one room...unless you have a huge nursery.

OMG--I love how the bumpers look-- very full and almost rounded--isnt there piping along the edge? Your pic is so much better than the ones I have seen online of the set---I really think I am in love with it now--- would love to see more pics if you have them-- of the whole crib--anything you have will help me 'show it off' to DH!!!

The crib is also beautiful--which brand is that? it is very similar to the one we picked out

What brand is that comforter set? I haven't found too many I like - the bumpers either have no design on top or too much ruffle, decor for me.

so annoyed- I just lost a whole darn post.

wall color is Lowe's Valspar Honey Pot.
The set Glenna Jean is NOT cheap but worth every penny. I also searched the Internet and found it cheaper at certain sites- so look around before buying. I didn't get the curtain because I think spending $70 for one small valence is insane and I want to get the Pottery Barn bow shade instead.

Also, I HIGHLY recommend putting a closet organizer into the closet. Scott did it himself- and he is NO handy-dandy guy. It gives us a lot more room...which we need for Molly's extensive wardobe.

Mural- I even had the muralist put one lady bug w/ a red sox hat on (Scott is from MA). It was just a small touch that was a surprise for Scott.

she talks to you about what you want, then does it free hand on the walls. no two rooms are the same.

Thanks for the compliments. Molly doesn't even sleep in her room yet I just like her close to me still.

Michele
DH commented that maybe the bumpers are upside down ( I like them your way) is their white piping on the other side? Your set looks so much fuller than the other pics I see of it

what brand is the furniture?

Pottery Barn has a matching fabric? I no I dont want a girly pink room but am concerned that I will have trouble finding other accessories that compliment the colors in the fabric--- are you having that problem?

Michele where did you get your crib

Re: Molly's Nursery

i got the crib at BRU in Commack. It is a simmons and comes in 3 different finishes.

You can buy coordinating fabric if you want, but it is $30 per yard. I don't need a lot of acceesory pieces. I got a plain white candlestick lamp. With the mural and the bedding, plus a small sized room, I don't need a lot of extra stuff. I did buy the matching mobile for $50 but I had to have it match
