you can get her a day at a spa or take her out for a girls day -(you know mom's always love that)
Lenox makes a statue of a mom and daughter...
I would go with an outing type thing that you can enjoy with her....

I got the statue on eBay for aprox $45. The retail value is $145 so I'd try there first. My mom loved the gift and has it on display at her house.
