hi!!!! Lindsey is one of my babies too!!!! (i was her Pledge Mom at SB) I dont have an answer to your question (i stink at working out )... But i just wanted to say Congratulations!!!!! Im soooo happy for her, and you must be sooo excited (and soo proud of the amazing daughter that you raised!)
