Do you remember feeling the baby from outside of your belly for the first time? I've felt little movements from the outside, but today it was different. I'm sitting at my desk and all of a sudden I felt this hard buldge about 2 inchs above my navel and to the left a bit. I'm guessing it was the head, but not sure. I felt the movement first, then touched my stomach and it was really hard and bulging. I panicked, got up and walked around and it seemed to go away and softened.

I remember. It was last Feb around the 14 or so. I remember that Rob was away skiing and I felt a little movement. I was so shoked. I kept thinking to myself that it wasent real. Then I went for my sono and I felt her move and saw it and then knew that that was my little life moving in me. It is the best feeling. Just wait until the baby kicks the remote control off your stonmch. Ali did that to me. I was histerical. I am so excited for you. Its the first of so much happiness ahead. YAY So happy HUGS

Nina - just wait!! Feeling it from the outside is totally different from feeling it from the inside...my clothes bounce around now, books get bounced off my stomach, and forget about the remote control!! I usually just give the baby a little poke back or a little rub and the baby totally responds! Have fun!!!!
Edited to add that it never really scared me, to feel it, rather it makes me LAUGH!!! Just relax and enjoy this most amazing feeling!!

I remember that it was weird, almost alien. Then it became fascinating to see the little hand imprint or a foot!! Then at the end it was annoying. There was no more room and everytime he would push on me like that I though my belly would explode! I remember Geno doing that to me mere moments b4 he came in to the world.

I remember that feeling! I also remember watching my tummy poping up and down when he would kick or punch me. It was very weird to see.. but so much fun! It's only when I wouldn't feel him moving and kicking that I got nervous, it sorta comforted me to feel him moving about although when I tried to sleep it would be annoying
