It's a Mon Cheri by Montage. My daughter actually talked her Grandma into getting it and she looks great in it. They had it at Estelles and we bought it off the rack there. It was $500 but now we have to take it somewhere for alterations. There is a small pleated train on the back but we are having it cut off and made even all around so she won't trip on it.
