how did you guys do maternity leave?? did you have tenure? does it affect tenure? etc???

i am not even ttc'ing but started thinking about ti once i finish this masters.....

I do believe that it depends on your district and your contract. In my district for example, you get six weeks-it is considered 'sick leave' and you get paid for it. As for tenure, it would be illegal for them to deny you tenure-they would just have to change the dates around perhaps.
