I had a bad sunday...so on sat I was down 4.5, but this morning it was 3.5 (on my own scale...not WW...and mine goes in incriments of .5)
total: 14.2 (god I hope my math is right lol)

I lost 1 pound when i weighed in on saturday bringing my total weight loss to 12.8
