So after seeing an 08 post how a girl briefly appeared on liw complaining about David Tuttera and My fair wedding. She basically said she hated what he did.
My question is - If you had the opportunity for someone like David to come in and do your wedding, but you had no control over what he did, would you do it???
My answer: If it was a professional like David, I would like him do whatever he wanted. I know he could make my wedding even more beautiful.

If it was someone with as much experience with David, I would. But if it was a wedding planner with less experience, no way! I'm too much of a control freak.

hmm i've never seen the show (i don't watch much tv, yes i'm weird and yes i live under a rock)
anyways...i'm not sure i would hand over my wedding to even a professional...i kinda like the idea that my wedding day will encapsulate all the things that matter to me...imperfection and all

To a professional like him-absolutely I would-he definitely knows his stuff and I would trust a professional to make adjustments to my wedding to make it perfect

He seems really nice on the show, but I still think I would rather have the wedding my way. What's the fun in planning it, if you are going to hand it over to someone else to do?

i've never heard of him actually. is it from a tv show or contest? i don't think i would be up for it just cuz everything would be in his hands and i don't think i could deal with that im the type of person that needs to know whats going on at all times. i think i would be to nervous or something even though he is a professional and all

i think the way he transformed these girls weddings was absolutely wonderful but I do think these were girls who really werent sure what they wanted and how to accomplish it. I didnt get why she was getting married at WM if she wanted a castle look.
For me, I dont think I would, just because I don't need someone else to tell me what I like.

if it was a professional then yea i think i would do it. sure we have ideas of what is 'in' and chic but he probably has a better idea if he does celebrity weddings and such. he would make it better then anything i could come up with
