Mondays Bridal Show

any of the 2010 girls going? I am thinking about it, but it will depend on class and how evil i feel

still waiting to hear if our friends want to go (they're our only other engaged friends) if not i think we're still going, and i believe both my MOH's want to go with us, which should be interesting considering they arent fans of each other you should go tho, who knows, maybe they'll fight and you'll get to see that AND an expo, lol

dont be, they're fun. usually its just a ton of vendors (florists, djs, photographers) set up in the different rooms of the hall thats hosting it. you walk around, chat a little, look at some examples, get brochures. the hall puts on like a fake cocktail hour, though i've been to some where its an actual sit down meal. sometimes there are door prizes and things like that. believe me, once you go to one or two, you'll want to go to every one there is. we go to expos being held by places we wont ever go to, just to see vendors and check out other venues.

They have all vendors- florists, dj's, photo/video. you can get alot of info, prices, and see some of their work. most have showcases so you can see the bands and djs play. they also usually have prizes. i've gotten alot of free bridal magazines. they're fun.

They are for the vendors to showcase their talents, and you to meet with them and see who you click with. They usually have freebies, and samples of cakes and stuff to try (my favorite part) and LIweddings is usually really good about the prizes they have available.

Anyone know if they're gonna have any food at this one?

(I think free food is my favorite part of bridal shows im sucha fatty)

DId you go to teh one at WCC a few weeks ago? FULL cocktail hour!!

YAY for free food

(hey, law student, I have no money for food and incidentals like that, it all goes to books and tuition)

so its basically like a trade show.....i think my fh is going to choke me if i make him take me to these things lol

ill be there with my FH and Maid of honor, mayb my mom too who knows lol theyre so much fun, you get lots of free stuff. ************JUST ADVICE BRING ADDRESS LABELS************* or make label with your name, add, ph #, date of wedding. otherwise youll be filling out stuff all night!

I'll be there with my MOH (my sister) and my mom. I am trying to get FH to go so that he can try and win the flat screen, but who knows if he will come
