Money saving idea for ceremony flowers

Just a suggestion- I am getting married in a church on a Saturday at 2:00 and the next wedding that day is at 3:30. I got the 3:30 bride's phone number from the church and called and asked her if she wanted to work out the ceremony flowers together and split the cost. That way we wont have to rush out as fast so they can load new flowers in, also!

KC i am planning on going to my church and asking the same thing!
I am getting married at 3pm and the ceremony before me is at 1:30, we can split the cost of the flowers, saves alot and plus there is no rushing in and out, I agree.
I also with coordinate with whoever she is about pew bows I want....

Just be aware about this that.. you want to be careful.. people like myself had to postpone there wedding 3 weeks in advance and if we were doing this at my church (which me and the 2 other brides discussed) we would have had problems since I was the one getting the flowers since I was the first bride..
just a heads up to be a bit careful.

so was mine:( Postponment doesn't mean cancelling and we hope to be married by mid october, now!
But alas I was just saying it because you were the 2nd bride that day and I would think the other bride being the first would possibly go with her florist since yours might not be able to do the new time frame..
