Monique lhuillier gown question

Hi Girls,
So I found a great dress by ML, Jacqueline top and Coco skirt.
I know that not many salons carry the designer in NY, but I know that Kleinfelds and Salon of Manhasset do.
Have any of you seen the gown in any of these salons ? I am desperately looking :)
I am attaching the pic.
Any help would be greatly appreciated !

I got my gown at Kleinfelds. I would say the best thing for you to do is go and try it on. If you LOVE it, try it on :)

Are you gettign married at Temple Isreal?

Re: Monique lhuillier gown question

I tried that exact combo on at Wedding Salon of Manhasset!

They also have other ML tops to try (like the 'confetti' which is strapless).

My original dress was the confetti top and coco skirt, but I ended up reselecting with a mermaid gown instead-but in my heart, the Monique Lhuillier combo will always get me.

I'm just not a ballgown girl, but if I WAS, that would be my dress. Because it originally it was.

Have fun!

Do you by any chance know what the price range is ? I know some pp. paid 4500, some 5 something and some 6, so I am a little confused about the price..

Monique lhuillier bride here!!

I got mine at Marc Ingram Bridal they had a truck show, but I highly suggest going to see them over Klienfields(less wedding factory not pushy at all)I had Tammy and she was really honest and great. Marc is also a sweety!

I saw this dress at Marc Ingram, but I went with the Reina B dress

It was around 5-5500 mark, but I originally got 15% off for a trunk show. Wedding salon will work with you on price. TRUST ME..They will throw in extras and stuff. you will be well taken care of.
ETA: when I did my re select 2 months after ordering the Monique dress they were AMAZING about it, no drama at all.
If your wedding is 10 months from now you could order it by August and be fine, I'm sure.

Re: Monique lhuillier gown question

Hey Biata!

YES! I am getting married there as well!!! It was the only place we looked and we were VERY happy.

There is ONE bride on here (besides us) that I see thats getting married there, thats it. I also cant find ANY reviews, ANYWHERE on the internet about them. I take that as an amazing sign. I know they have an impeccable reputation. Im not looking for bad. Just reviews of 'try this kind of food, it was amazing'.

::sigh:::

But I have already met with the florist so if you have any questions ask me. I would recommend Spitz and Peck if you haven't booked anyone yet. They know the space so well.

Also, we were thinking about doing some candy *IF* we were going to do favors. They reminded us that NO outside food can be brought in. So we decided that we wont do favors at all.

FM me if you want to talk about the space, or see if we can give eachother ideas.

Fall 2009 what ***** is that it was only runway and they never photograph it on the runway, Like a nut I called ML in CA and Chicago to make sure it was a current dress.
