Claire wakes up screaming and I mean screeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaming. She's having nightmares about people trying to take/hurt her baby.
Jack natters about anxiety, pre-mature labor whatever.
Charlie (oh my dear, sweet Charlie) soothes her and offers to be her friend (screw her, pick me, pick me!!)
Flashback: Claire's artist boyfriend gets her knocked up and then insists they can play mommy and daddy. Yay! Responsible boy!
Claire thinks someone attacked her which prompts Hurley to start a census with hilarious results, sorta. Shannon snots that she lives on Craphole Island. Hee! Boone suggests getting the flight manifest from Sawyer. Mmmmm, copious amounts of shirtless Sawyer.
Jack natters to Claire about taking a sedative and whatever. Claire storms off. Charlie storms after her. Awwwwww.
Flashback: Claire's losery boyfriend bails. (Duh) She goes to a psychic who insists she raise the child herself or baaaaaaaad things will happen. Vague references to evil, more whining about future happiness of baby. Claire tries to sign baby away for adoption but pens don't work!!! Psychic guy insists she take THIS PARTICULAR FLIGHT to LA where people are waiting to help her.
Claire and Charlie are kidnapped by fellow 'passenger' ETHAN at the very same time that Sayid stumbles back into camp from his vision-quest yammmering about the crazy French lady, and Hurley discovers that ETHAN was NOT on the plane!!
Next week... the search for Claire, Charlie and Ethan. Jack gets kicked in the chest. Kate slows down the search by being annoying.

No problem... also there was an adorable and funny exchange between Claire and Charlie right before they were snatched. She started having labor pains and tells Charlie to get Jack. He's all 'I can help you, if I can kick a drug habit on this island I can deliver a baby!' -- Awkward stare between them-- 'wait, let me explain, I was addicted, but I'm not anymore--' Claire shouts 'Get Jack!!!'
