if you are using the file that is in your album, its low resolution so it may not come out crisp.....

do you know what program the person created it in? you should ask them for a high res version (300 dpi) the one in your album in 72 dpi.

Oh thats right when I did it for my save the dates vista print told me to change the dpi to 300 to make it high res. I changed it in photoshop i think

I had the same problem with the table #'s I made, I wanted to print them out on snapfish but the picture was all fuzzy, I'm not sure how to fix it

Did you create the numbers in word? how did you save/export them to upload to snapfish- fuzziness is defintly due to resolution.....If you want, I can save them out for you to print at high quality....

Well, depending on the program you used to create them....the trick is to save them at a high quality, in order for them to print well, they should be at least 300dpi. I don't know about the quality of printing at snapfish though.....cause monograms are usually vector graphics and they would print it as an image (with pixels)

for example, if you were to create a simple monogram in word and print it directly from there, it would most likely come out much more crisp then printing it as an image from snapfish.

oh ok- try to make it 300 and see if it works- and you should really make it the same size as you want it to be because when you start to change the size in word, data gets lost and the quality goes down.

if you want, post it in your album or here and i can probably do it for you.....is the original file a JPG?
